A huge Thank You to Poynton Town Council for the continued recognition you give to our Group that supports our Members living with Dementia and their Carers. The Community Grant of £750 has been used towards funding a website Poyntongoldenmemories.org.uk which will keep our Members up-to-date, encourage new members to join us and inspire other communities to support folk in similar situations. The website will be launched shortly so keep a look-out for it.
