May 2024 – Mary Sunley canal boat trip. Its not too late to put your name down for the trip. Dates are 3rd, 7th, 17th (full), 20th, 22nd (full) and 28th May 2024. £5 per person including a buffet lunch. The day trips will be from 11am – 3pm, departing from Lord Vernon’s Warf, Lyme Road, Higher Poynton, Stockport SK12 1TH. Parking passes are obtained from the Skipper or use your Blue Bagde. Please arrive 10.45am – to be sure where you are going maybe take a test run the week before. The Trading Post is just to the right of the Mary Sunley’s mooring where you can buy a delicious ice cream, coffee and hot chocolate. Take a seat and watch the world float by.
